Additional Information

To ensure complete comfort during the appointment we will safely freeze your mouth. We will then clean the area and eliminate any bacteria. Once the tooth is prepared a colour-matched composite resin will be applied. A special light will be used to harden the resin and we will shape the tooth so it blends naturally with your smile.

How long do fillings last for?

Composite fillings can last for more than 10 years.

Are composite fillings better than traditional or mercury fillings?

More people choose composite fillings because of their longevity and natural appearance. Composite fillings are safer than traditional or mercury fillings. Also, if there’s a crack, instead of being completely replaced composite filling can simply be repaired.

Will my insurance cover fillings?

Most insurance companies cover our treatments. For a more details about your coverage please call your service provider.
